All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway, Razorpay. JAGOUT does not store your credit/debit card details. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processor.

- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (e.g., Square Dispensers and Motivation Bottles). We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
The brand name JAGOUT, our logo, and the slogan “Explore the New. Be the New” are the exclusive property of JAGOUT India. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
